SO , if you have ANY of these three ingredients in your home (which you should have at least one and if not.....they are easy to find) you can add them to a cup of warm water, let them soak until you have a nice little brew and then drink it before bed! We suggest boiling the water then adding the three ingredients (Cinnamon, Ginger root, Peppermint leaves). The flavor will be incredibly strong but the results will be glorious!
Why do these ingredients work?
Cinnamon: Cinnamon is in the carminative category because it contains an agent that assists in breaking up intestinal gas.
