Cellulite - Why we have it and how can we get rid of it? Let's get to it --->

Fat layers, skin structure and circulation.... the recipe for cellulite 🤔 Here are some ways to improve it , but first let's identify what it is.
First - Cellulite is much more common in women than in men - surprise! 🙃 In fact, most women develop some cellulite after puberty. This is because women's fat is typically distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks — common areas for cellulite. Cellulite is also more common with aging, when the skin loses elasticity.
Weight gain can make cellulite more noticeable, but some lean people have cellulite, as well. It tends to run in families, so genetics might play the biggest role in whether you develop cellulite. An inactive lifestyle also can increase your chances of having cellulite, as can pregnancy.
The exact cause of cellulite is unknown but it is believed to be the result of an interaction between the connective tissue in the dermatological layer that lies below the surface of the skin, and the layer of fat that is just below it.
In women the fat cells and connective tissue in this layer are arranged vertically whereas men have a criss-cross structure. This explains why men are less likely to have cellulite than women.
